Every year, thousands of companies leave their training credit unused. FUNDAE subsidized training is not a grant you apply for and wait on: it's a right that's deducted from the contributions you already pay.

The mechanism is simple at heart: your company has an annual credit and, by training your staff with an organizing entity, you offset that cost in your social security payments.

Basic requirements

Being up to date with Social Security and the tax authority, contributing for professional training and having a contribution account. With that, almost any company with general-scheme employees can claim the subsidy.

Deadlines you mustn't overlook

  • Communicate the course start with the minimum legal notice
  • Inform the workers' representatives if they exist
  • Keep supporting documentation for four years

The role of the organizing entity

An organizing entity handles registration, communications and documentation. You decide who to train and we manage the procedure, including contract and certificates.

At AxisOne all our AI training is 100% subsidizable and we manage FUNDAE for you. Check our training page and the FUNDAE section to get started.
