• Course enrolment: name, email, phone and company.
• Subsidised training (FUNDAE) requests: company data (legal name, tax ID, address, contribution account, headcount) and contact person.
• AI assistant: the content of the queries you type in the chat.
• Browsing data: obtained via cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes of processing

• To respond to your enquiries and requests for information.
• To manage the provision of our services and training, including FUNDAE processing.
• To send commercial communications and the newsletter, where you have authorised it.
• To manage course enrolments and issue certificates.
• To improve the website and analyse its use in aggregate.

4. Legal basis

The site and services are aimed at companies and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
